Does Pinch connect to my bank?
Nope — never. Pinch is built on simple daily check-ins you answer yourself. We don’t link to your bank or see your real transactions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Open your app store account settings, find Pinch, and cancel there. You’ll keep premium until the end of your billing period.
Can I get my data deleted?
Absolutely. Most of your data lives right on your device, so deleting the app removes it. For anything stored in the cloud, email team@downloadpinch.com and we’ll take care of it.
My dragon stopped growing — help!
Your dragon grows with XP from daily check-ins, evolving at Level 10 and Level 20. If something looks stuck, send us a note with your device type and we’ll dig in.
